Shaper composed by two opposed shaping units and an internal belt moving the pack of pieces. The cycle speed is adjustable through inverter.
The 750 mm table width associated to the shaping unit capacity going up to 4 cycles per minute guarantees a high productivity with any kind of joint. Glue application through an injection system with pressure tank complete with stainless steel comb with quick connector. Automatic introduction of the pieces in the crowding channel.
The crowding channel, available in different lengths, helps in matching production capacity of the shaper with the pressing unit.
Press unit with double channel, available in 4500 or 6000 mm length, for high production (up to 8 cycles per minute).
