The machine is equipped with programmable control unit with 8” monochrome screen and floppy disk drive. V 2015 NC is a sole model all over the world being capable to cut up to 4000 pieces/hour, as it cuts 4 pieces at once.
The machine, with fixed saw blades at 45°, is equipped with a 4 level tilted hopper feeder, with a 4 level feeding carriage and with an automatic unloading system capable to unload the 4 cut pieces in the correct sequence down on a stocking perpendicular conveyor belt (if the machine is an independent unit) or down on a longitudinal conveyor belt when the machine is lined up with an automatic stapling machine
