Working centre for finishing any kind of sash, even those complete with one or more bottom crosspieces or Georgian style grills.

Automatic positioning of the sash for the drilling of the three holes for the cremon bolt, automatic measuring of the hardware length taking reference directly on the sash rebate, cutting of the hardware through an hydraulic sheer, fast fixing of the hardware through an automatically fed screw driver.

A control panel with  graphic display allows to select the sequence of operations to be performed, and the PLC will activate the automatic cycle  for the selected operations.
