MODULAR ASSEMBLING CENTRE FOR FIXING AUTOMATICALLY THE HARDWARE ON WINDOW SASH.
The three modules, connected and integrated, Create a completely automatic system to process up to 150 sashes per shift, with reduced manpower. This new technology allows high productivity with low manpower.

The modularity configuration allows the implementation of existing assembling tables with just the addition of modules B and C. The different levels of automation allow full optimization of the production process with full integration into the Company management system.

Module A:
for the execution of the three holes of the cremon bolt, as well as the cutting to length of the hardware and its positioning into the respective channel on the sash.

Two possible solutions:
- Through a Bar Code Reader downloading of any kind of information related to the specific sash, from the Company “data base”, followed by the automatic positioning for drilling the three holes of the cremon bolt, as well as for the cutting to length of the hardware itself.

- Manual positioning for both the drilling as well as the cutting to length of the hardware, but with the help of pre-selected positioning stops, according to the type of hardware.

Module B:

for automatic screw-driving of the hardware on two consecutive sides.

Two possible solutions:
- Through the Bar Code Reading in Module A, the position of the screw holes has already been sent to the screw-driver with automatic screw loading.
- An automatic system with photo camera will scan  two consecutive sides on the sash storing the position of the screw holes, followed by automatic screw-driving.

Module C:
Automatic tip-over station for putting the sash into vertical position as well as for side transfer on the roller way.
